GENLED Brands is seeking a full-time (40 hrs./week) Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for assisting customers with New and Current orders by responding to quote and pricing requests, and providing product sales and service support to customers, vendors and our sales team. A successful Customer Service Representative has the ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times, while offering timely and accurate assistance.

This position is responsible for creating sales opportunities and win business from targeted sign companies, display manufactures, specialized distributors, etc. This will require daily exchange with the company’s customer base to increase product awareness, as well as build rapport with the distributors’ sales teams. Successful job execution comprehends time and territory planning, on site sales calls, introduction of new products, application consulting, operational pricing, claims management, collection and finally accomplishing the agreed sales goals. This position will receive training on AgiLight’s sales processes, LED technology, AgiLight products and our application layouts.

Find and grow new customers.
Break down annual business plan for development of existing accounts in line with overall company objectives and review quarterly with sales management.
Time and territory management to cover the customer base.

Under the direction of the Controller, the Inventory Accountant will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day inventory movements and cost related functions of multiple inventory locations across the organization. This individual will analyze, reconcile and monitor inventory and costing processes and ensure accurate monthly inventory reporting.
Responsible for inventory accuracy including daily cycle counts, monthly inventory reconciliations, and annual physical audit of multiple inventory locations.
Responsible for monitoring all inventory transactions and adjustments including PO receipts, manufacturing order adjustments, inventory transfers, and sales shipments and returns.
Interfaces with fulfillment and manufacturing centers to ensure accurate recording, tracking, and reconciling of inventory.
Determines and analyzes root causes of inventory variances and makes recommendations to improve inventory accuracy and process improvements.
Responsible for reviewing the accuracy of bill of materials and related costs as well as analyzing consumption of non-BOM materials and supplies.
Reconcile actual manufacturing costs to system bill of material cost and recommend corrections as necessary.
Make or recommend corrections to cost and quantities on a timely basis.
Analyzes and collects data to determine costs of business activities such as product costs, shipping costs, warehousing processes, and fulfillment activities.
Assists in reviewing inventory levels and calculating days inventory outstanding.
Assists with annual independent audit including preparing schedules and providing supporting documents and data.
Reviews monthly journal entries to record inventory and manufacturing activity and assists in month end close of the general ledger.
Understand company policies and procedures for all inventory and cost related activities.
Prepares special analysis and assumes other special activities as needed.
Must have excellent analytical skills and have sound understanding of accounting/finance/inventory concepts, practices, procedures, and principals.
Must be detailed oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work and communicate with all levels of employees.
Must have Intermediate Excel skills for analysis and reporting purposes and the ability to use Office products.
Dynamics GP experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines; work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
